  • BIOSACCHARIDE GUM-2 - This is a polysaccharide obtained through bacterial fermentation; it acts as a "biological shield" by modulating the inflammatory response and protecting the skin from damage caused by external irritants.
  • TOCOTRIENOLS - These compounds belong to the vitamin E family and have antioxidant power up to 40 times greater than other available forms. They protect cellular DNA from oxidative damage and stimulate skin regeneration by promoting collagen synthesis and improving skin elasticity.
  • HYALURONIC ACID - The particular form of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid used in this formulation, known for its ability to retain large amounts of water, creates a protective and moisturising barrier on the skin's surface.

The innovative pealiquitech™ technology uses a PEA solubilisation process that enables high-concentration cosmetic use in an active, bioavailable form. ALYVAL uses a proprietary patent based on pealiquitech™ technology for the use of PEA in topical formulations.

A randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled gynaecological clinical trial was conducted at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit of the IRCCS Policlinico San Martino in Genoa on 76 women with particularly delicate skin in the intimate area and prone to recurrent unpleasant sensations, including in the presence of conditions such as lichen sclerosus. The aim was to evaluate the long-term cosmetic benefit of ALYVAL REGENERA after daily application following a period of clinical management of the condition. The follow-up period was 24 weeks.

Participants reported a reduction in unwanted sensations (such as itching, burning and discomfort on contact), along with an increase in perceived satisfaction. Over time, there was also less recurrence of
intimate discomfort.

PARTICIPANT SATISFACTION – final satisfaction at 6 months is higher, rising from 58% in the graph below to 62%, while the placebo remained unchanged.

RECURRENCE OF DISCOMFORT – over time, recurrence increased significantly. However, the final data is very good: after 6 months, 48% in the ALYVAL group and 72% in the placebo group

Skin appearance assessments showed an improvement in skin uniformity and quality in the intimate area compared to placebo.

LEVEL OF ADHERENCE TO TREATMENT (6 months) which was 78% for the ALYVAL group and 48% for the placebo group.

SUBJECTIVE EVIDENCE OF SKIN IMPROVEMENT with the following values: ALYVAL differs by one point from the placebo (16% delta).
