Shipping policy

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order. A signature from the Customer or an authorized representative is required upon delivery. Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not available.

Valetudo is committed to delivering orders within the timeframe specified in the purchase order and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation.

For each order, Valetudo will issue a purchase receipt, sent via email in compliance with applicable regulations. The receipt will be issued based on the details provided by the Customer at the time of order and cannot be modified after issuance.

Invoice requests must be made before completing the purchase; it will not be possible to request an invoice afterward.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and will be clearly indicated in the order form.

Purchased products will be shipped via Valetudo’s selected courier ("Courier") on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Estimated delivery time: 2 – 5 business days from order confirmation (excluding force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances).

Remote areas: Delivery may take longer for certain locations.

 

Order Shipment & Delivery Process

Products are carefully inspected before shipment and handed over to the courier in perfect condition. Valetudo is not responsible for any delays caused by the Courier.

 

In case of failed delivery:

The Courier will leave a delivery attempt notice (on the intercom or in the mailbox).

A second delivery attempt will be made automatically on the following business day.

If the recipient is still unavailable, the package will be held at the courier’s local branch for 3 business days. On the 4th business day, the package will be returned to Valetudo.

 

Checking Your Order Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, the Customer (or their representative) must check:

✅ That the number of packages matches what is indicated in the delivery note.

✅ That the packaging is intact, with no signs of damage, moisture, or tampering.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Delivery Notification

Valetudo will send the Customer a shipping confirmation email once the package has been dispatched.

Purchased products are shipped in standard Alyval packaging, a brand owned by Valetudo.
